In the wake of Presidents Clinton's Executive Order 12898, efforts by federal, state, and local agencies often require cross-cutting evaluations of transportation issues that are sensitive to the needs of low-income and minority communities. This session examines transportation equity issues in the context of climate change, road pricing, and service delivery.
