Cybersecurity threats and potential risks in transportation systems are increasing and the need for comprehensive research, policies, and practices is well established. This session describes initiatives addressing some of the most critical challenges, including cyber security research for connected vehicles, cyber security education, and how to develop realistic cyber security strategies in operational transportation environments.
